labels are too limiting and so very subjective

.....what it looks like to me might not be what it looks like to you and if we get into what it looks like to the both of us we're journeying into the realm of generalizations and that is a land fraught with many pitfalls and dangers

OK, I'll play your game...

I may be an overfed long haired leaping gnome.

I guess I may be a reformed asshole who has become a clown, who suffers occasional relapses that fill me with regret which makes it hard to be clown for everyone knows there ain't too much sadder than the tears of a clown.

I don't know. Hell, I told you labels are just too limiting. Trying to label oneself is like herding cats, and trying to label anyone else is both unwise and counter-productive.

So, I guess I won't play your little game after all. What I will do however is extend a wish of Peace to ALL who assemble here.

If you get confused just listen to the music play.

PLAY MUSIC

A fellow gnome! Cheers!

Regarding labels and passing judgment: it says more about the person doing the judging and labeling than about the person who is being pigeon-holed.

But there is a lot to be said about the tone of voice used while judging and/or labeling. There are many different ways to say "hippie" and I've been on the receiving end of many of them even though I was born in the 80's???
